Additional Courses
Want to take your Gentelligent workplace to the next level? These are the courses for you.
Filling the Pipeline: Leading up (and Down)
How does age affect the dynamics between leaders and followers? Older leaders may often feel younger followers are challenging their authority, while younger leaders may hesitate to give orders to someone as old as their grandparent. Gentelligent leaders acknowledge the realities and attitudes that exist around age and leadership. This session will explore leader/follower challenges and flip them into advantages by practicing the principles of Gentelligence®.
Secrets of Gentelligent Teams
Have you experienced power struggles, challenges managing team needs, difficulties in making decisions, or breakdowns in communication? Chances are you are working with an intergenerational team. The success of intergenerational teams depends on our ability to build team effectiveness. This session introduces three key ingredients of Gentelligent team collaboration:
Structure
Support
